Warm Hearts Nutrition is a meal delivery service with a down-home and southern cuisine. We are a team that prides ourselves in putting great quality and passion into every bite. We source fresh, delicious ingredients to make meals that we can deliver straight to your door! We hope you love our food as much as we loved preparing it for you.

Yes, we require a minimum of 6 meal plan purchased at a time to streamline our cooking efforts.

We package and ship your hearty selections on Wednesday of each week. So you will get your meals on Thursday or Friday. This ensures that your meal is as fresh as possible when it gets to you because they are made from scratch and prepared with love. Please ensure that your meals get into your refrigerator as soon as you get them. We are not responsible for meals left unattended.

After you place your order at the checkout area, you will be charged weekly the day that your meals are shipped. If you pause or cancel, it must be before Friday at 11:59 PM CST, or you will be charged for the next week because we will start preparing your food. You can see all of the details in the My Account area. 

Because we produce a perishable product we cannot accept returned food items. We will happily issue a replacement credit for any meal that was damaged, spoiled or impaired as a direct result of shipping or delivery.

You can change your shipping address in the My Account area. This must be done before Friday at 11:59 PM CST or your meals will be shipped to the address originally given. We are not responsible for incorrect user information.

You can change the meals in your plan at any time. Login to My Account, go to Current Subscription, and then click on your active subscription to change its status. When you decide to change your meal plan, it must be done before Friday at 11:59 PM CST to ensure prompt service.

No prep, no groceries, no waste, no mess, just good, nutritional, country cooking.

There is a flat rate shipping fee depending on your meal plan size.

Since we are shipping a perishable product, the meals need to make it into the refrigerator as soon as they are delivered. You will also receive tracking information to keep you informed on when your meals will be delivered. Please make sure someone is ready to receive your meals at the location you provided us for shipping. We are not responsible for meals left unattended.

We currently ship to Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.

Please let us know during checkout after adding your billing and shipping information or call/email us before we ship your meals. Nuts are used in some areas of our kitchen.

We understand that things come up and life can be unruly at times. You can pause or cancel at any time. Our goal is to take the hassle out of your meal planning and reducing meal preparation. All that is required is heating in the microwave.

Directions for each meal will be included with the meal. Microwave times may vary, so you may need to cook your meals longer depending on the microwave model.

Everything we make is all-inclusive. However, you’re more than welcome to add any additional seasoning.

We use a hearty portion size of one protein and two veggies. This is based on the recommended daily allowance for an adult serving of a single meal.

Yes, this is a great way to gift or donate some of the best comfort food to friends and family, or as an anonymous donation to someone else. Use this link for gifting. You can gift just like you would normally purchase for yourself, but change the shipping address to your recipient’s shipping address.

Warm Hearts Nutrition meals are made fresh from scratch with no preservatives and are never frozen. The ingredients in each dish are different and will vary from meal to meal. We recommend eating your meals within 5-7 days of delivery. If you see you are not going to be able to eat them within that window, you can freeze them. They will last around three months if kept frozen.
